Boró Apartments - Terms of Reservation and Cancellation


For a smooth reservation, it is necessary to follow the rules given in our Terms of Reservation and Cancellation. From the regulations of the Boró Apartmanház- Accomodation in the following- we collected the points of House Policy, which apply for the duration of staying.

Payment Information

  • The prices are stated in HUF and are VAT included
  • Apart from the confirmed reservations, the Accomodation prices are subjects to change
  • The Accomodation is authorized to separate the prices in terms of seasons, the prices are subjects to such change
  • We accept the following currencies:



  • Cash- Hungarian Forint (HUF) (at the Accomodation)
  • Credit/Debit card- (at the Accomodation of transfer)

Terms of Reservation

  • The Accomodation receives reservations from an online reservation system, via e-mail, via phone call or personally, which requires personal data for the Accomodation, stated in our ’Data management informative’. The quotation request sent from our online site does not count as a reservation, the no liability is required from the Guest
  • We kindly ask those who want to reserve at the Accomodation to fill your data with punctuality and accordingly, with special attention to the accessibility (e-mail and phone number)!
  • The actuality of the data given by the Guest for reservation is the Guest’s responsibility. To avoid any misuse, if the Guest cannot be reached on any given accessibility or the data seems to be incorrect, the reservation cannot be confirmed legally, and the Accomodation reserves the right to delete the reservation, which neglects the right of accomodating of the Guest.
  • We kindly ask our Guests, if they also bring children, please fill the children’s age on the reservation form and sign if any child bed or feeding chair is required.

Paying in advance, advance payment

To successfully complete the reservation, advance should be paid, which is equal to 30% of the total accomodation fee, which can be paid by:

  • Bank transfer to the account of the Accomodation held at K&H Bank to the following account number:




In the notice, please give reserver’s name, the reservation number provided by us, and the date of arrival and departure.

If you pay the advance, or the total cost in advance, we will get to you by e-mail with the steps of completing the payment. Please contact us!

  • The cost of staying can be balanced fully in advance, at the time of reserving
  • The Guest must balance the advance bill or the total cost in 7 days from the day of reservation.
  • We create an advance bill of the advance paid, which the Guest will receive at the Accomodation upon check-out. If requested, we can forward the bill via e-mail.
  • The remainder of the cost has to be paid right before check-out at the reception, and a total bill will be made out
  • If the Guest will not check-in on the arrival date until 6 PM, without any previous agreement of a later arrival, the advance cannot be returned (the advance will be validated as indemnity), the Accomodation will hold the reservation until 10 AM on the following day, and will be returned to sale afterwards.


  • Cancellation can be completed by contacting the Accomodation – via phone or e-mail
  • If the cancellation is requested at most 7 day before arrival, the total amount of advance (or the total of the accomodation price if that was completed in advance instead of the 30% advance) will be returned.
  • If the cancellation is requested within 7 days before the arrival, the advance (30% of the total accomodation cost) will be validated as indemnity.
  • If the Guest reserves within 7 days of arrival, and confirms the reservation by sending the advance, but if for unforeseen events, the reservation is cancelled, we cannot return the amount of the advance. However, the amount of advance can be used for a later reservation within 1 year. If the guest has already settled to total bill in advance, 30% of the amount can be used as advance for a later reservation within 1 year, the rest will be returned by the Accomodation.

Upon finalizing the reservation, the Guest acknowledges the Accomodation’s Terms of Reservation and Cancellation and accepts them.
